The places we return to when we close our eyes.

There are places we return to long after we've left them. Sometimes they are real landscapes. Sometimes they exist only in memory. They live quietly within us, shaped by light, water, time and feeling.

Inner Tide is a collection of paintings inspired by those inner landscapes. Moments where reflections dissolve into colour, where the boundary between ourselves and nature begins to disappear, and where time seems to slow.

Working in thin layers of oil over many months, each painting gradually emerges through a process of building, removing and rediscovering. Like memory itself, details soften while emotion remains.
