Free Returns
We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase.
If for any reason your artwork or print isn’t what you expected, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — shipping is on us.
To start a return, simply email [your email address] with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions to send the work safely back.
Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition when returned. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Note: Custom orders and commissioned works are final sale.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me straight away so I can make things right. I want your experience to feel as beautiful and seamless as possible.

If you’d like something different, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union customers
If your order is shipping to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Just be sure the piece is in its original, unused condition with packaging and receipt.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a little time to show the refund, so thank you for your patience.
