When you place an order, it’s a beautiful moment—an offer to bring a piece of this world into yours. That said, your order isn’t confirmed until payment is received and we’ve accepted it. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order if needed, but we’ll always try to contact you if something changes.

Every parcel is packed with care and sent from our studio with love. That said, once your package is in the hands of the courier, the journey is out of ours. We can’t take responsibility for shipping delays or disruptions due to customs, postal issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery times are just that—estimates. If you ever have concerns, reach out and we’ll do our best to help track your order.
