Processing Time

Original artworks and prints are prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Please allow:

Original paintings: 3 business days to prepare for shipping
Paper prints: 5–10 business days
Canvas prints: 5-14 business days

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. I ship worldwide, and delivery estimates are as follows:

Within Australia: 5–14 business days
International orders: 15–35 business days

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs or unforeseen courier issues—especially with international orders. I always do my best to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time.

Packaging

Original artworks are carefully wrapped, protected, and boxed to ensure safe transit. Prints are shipped flat or in protective tubes depending on size. I avoid plastic where possible and use sustainable or recycled materials where I can.

International Orders & Customs

For international collectors: customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. I recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me at sarairoberts@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

If a package is lost in transit, I will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Please understand I cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items once they are in the hands of the courier, but I’ll always support you where I can.
