We ship worldwide. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is dispatched.
- Processing Times: Please allow 3 business days for Original paintings, and 5–14 business days for Prints to be prepared with care.
- Estimated Delivery: 5–14 business days within Australia, and 15–35 business days for international orders.
- Customs & Duties: International collectors are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

- Originals: Carefully wrapped, protected, and custom-boxed to ensure ultimate safety during transit.
- Prints: Shipped securely flat or in heavy-duty protective tubes depending on the dimensions.

We want you to feel completely at ease with your investment. Our goal is for your experience to be as beautiful and seamless as possible.
- 14-Day Free Returns: If your artwork isn’t what you expected, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply email sarairoberts@gmail.com and we will provide a prepaid return label. Shipping is entirely on us.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can make it right immediately.
- Note: The artwork must be in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Commissioned and custom artworks are final sale.

Each piece can be purchased as a rolled canvas print, carefully wrapped and delivered in a protective tube — or professionally stretched or framed in your choice of black, white, or natural wood.
What does Limited Edition mean?
Only 30 prints of Spark will ever be created.
Once they have all found their homes, the edition will quietly close — making each piece a rare and lasting part of this story.
Please note: while prints are not individually numbered, the edition remains strictly limited.
