We ship worldwide. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is dispatched.
- Processing Times: Please allow 3 business days for Original paintings, and 5–14 business days for Prints to be prepared with care.
- Estimated Delivery: 5–14 business days within Australia, and 15–35 business days for international orders.
- Customs & Duties: International collectors are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

- Originals: Carefully wrapped, protected, and custom-boxed to ensure ultimate safety during transit.
- Prints: Shipped securely flat or in heavy-duty protective tubes depending on the dimensions.
- Framing: Premium framing options are available for all prints, ensuring your artwork arrives beautiful and ready to display.
We want you to feel completely at ease with your investment. Our goal is for your experience to be as beautiful and seamless as possible.
- 14-Day Free Returns: If your artwork isn’t what you expected, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply email sarairoberts@gmail.com and we will provide a prepaid return label. Shipping is entirely on us.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can make it right immediately.
- Note: The artwork must be in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Commissioned and custom artworks are final sale.

LIMITED EDITION PRINT SERIES
This artwork is available as both a Limited Edition Paper Print and a Limited Edition Canvas Print — offered in a range of thoughtfully considered sizes and finishes so you can choose the piece that feels most at home in your space.
What does Limited Edition mean?
Only 60 prints of Dreaming will ever be created, across paper and canvas combined.
Once all 60 have found their homes, the edition will quietly close — making each piece a rare and lasting collector's item.
Please note: prints are not individually numbered, though the edition is strictly limited.

Every print is available on your choice of Canvas or Paper, in a range of thoughtfully considered sizes and framing options.
Paper Print — a refined giclée print on premium archival fine art paper. Available as:
- Rolled in a Tube — delivered rolled in a protective tube, ready for your local framer.
- Oak Frame — beautifully framed behind glass in a natural oak timber frame.
- Black Frame — beautifully framed behind glass in a considered black timber frame.
- White Frame — beautifully framed behind glass in a clean white timber frame.
Each fine art paper print includes a 5 cm white border designed for framing and presentation.
Canvas Print — printed in Australia on archival cotton canvas. Available as:
- Rolled in a Tube — carefully wrapped and delivered in a protective tube, ready for your local framer to stretch and finish.
- Stretched Canvas (Ready to Hang) — professionally wrapped around timber stretcher bars, ready to hang (unframed).
- Oak Frame — professionally stretched and finished in a natural oak timber frame.
- Black Frame — professionally stretched and finished in a considered black timber frame.
- White Frame — professionally stretched and finished in a clean white timber frame.
Canvas Edge Finish
All canvas prints are finished with a refined white edge as standard, creating a calm gallery-style presentation around the artwork. If you would prefer a wrapped edge where the artwork continues around the sides of the canvas, please get in touch prior to ordering and we would be delighted to arrange this for you.
Production & Shipping
Each print is made to order, created in collaboration with our trusted printing partners.
- Framed artworks (paper or canvas): approximately 3–4 weeks to create
- Stretched & rolled canvas prints: approximately 2–3 weeks to create
- Rolled paper prints: approximately 1–2 weeks to create
- Australian shipping: 4–7 days
- International shipping: up to 21 days

Giclée Canvas 360gsm
Our archival bright white matte canvas 360gsm offers a wide colour gamut for brilliant, consistent image reproductions with a clean bright white point. Matte, bright white on both sides with a medium texture — a strong poly-cotton canvas that is tear and water resistant, and remains wrinkle and crease free across all applications.
